Due to continued growth of its global distributor and dealer network, and with new exciting products in the pipeline, Radical Sportscars is recruiting for a Parts Advisor role.

Radical are now one of the largest producers of racing and track cars in the world selling over 2,500 cars globally in the past two decades.  To sell that many racing cars the package has to be thrilling, dramatic and huge fun to drive.

But the Radical philosophy extends much wider than just high-performance race cars. A championship portfolio at the best race circuits in the world provides thrilling and highly competitive racing for all customers.

Radical sells its product range to high net worth individuals through an independent network of dealers. Radical’s current 30-strong Sales and Aftersales Network spans from Nevada to Sydney via Continental Europe, the Middle East and Asia.  Over 90% of the cars produced are exported from the UK and are sold through Radical’s dealer partners. 

 

Parts Advisor - Key Job Role Tasks:

  • Daily reporting to highlight month-to-date invoice status versus budget, Safety Stock levels and Backorder status.
  • Prompt response to enquiries and emails coming in during working hours
  • Prompt response to orders / emails / enquiries
  • Answering telephone calls and order taking
  • Attending to walk-in customers any time of the day
  • Interpreting customers’ requirements into actual part numbers
  • Sending out quotes, entering orders for approved quotes, processing through to invoice
  • Taking credit card payments for customers without credit terms as pre-payment, or for customers with credit terms wanting to pay off their account.
  • Issuing pick lists to stores for processing and ensuring accuracy
  • Liaising with Ops team to ensure correct prioritisation of urgent orders.
  • Analysis of Backorder reports and liaising/chasing relevant departments for items not in stock
  • Confirm TNT/UPS bookings and generate Commercial Invoices (and any other requested paperwork)
  • Liaise and confirm special shipping arrangements with freight partner for larger parts (chassis, bodywork etc).
  • Issuing invoices to customers/dealers
  • Ensuring pre-payment or available credit terms are in place before issuing invoices and allowing goods to leave the premises
  • Communicating with customers/dealers throughout the order process, including status of their Backorders
  • Managing Commercial Invoice and paperwork filing to ensure audit compliance

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Working Hours: 40 over 5 days
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift
