JOB TITLE: PA to CEO & CFO

Radical Motorsport is the world’s largest manufacturer of dedicated track-day and racing cars, with a global customer base of owner-drivers supported by dealers in over 20 territories. We are looking to recruit an outstanding PA to work for the CEO & CFO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To provide a high-level support to the CEO & CFO with all business requirements, preparing and booking complex travel itineraries
  • To provide extensive diary management, planning events, responsible for arranging meetings
  • Collating and submitting expenses for approval
  • Attend meetings and minute taking
  • Booking day to day travel for the rest of the organisation, keeping record of costs
  • Booking test and track days with race circuits, keeping records of costs, booking associated travel and accommodation for race weekends
  • Greet clients/customers/visitors at reception, follow security procedures, and connect them with the appropriate person
  • Answering the switchboard in timely manner and redirecting calls
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  • Expenses for CEO and CFO – keep track and submit receipts for approval in timely fashion
  • Monthly co-ordinator of Board meeting & presentation materials, formatting and distribution
  • Admin support on company insurance matters, filing policy documents electronically and hardcopies
  • Co-ordinate IT Help desk issues
  • Assist Facilities Management
  • Management of cleaning contract and overseeing the cleaning is maintained to a high standard throughout the factory
  • Responsible for the administration the company vehicles and assisting the Transport & Compliance Manager with the company fleet
  • Provide support with all correspondence and drafting letters to a high standard
  • Provide reports for Senior management
  • Adhoc duties as required
  • Must be flexible in working hours

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/IT Literate
  • Must be extremely organised, and methodical
  • Must have experience booking complex international travel
  • Previous experience is essential working and supporting at Board level
  • Good time management

Experience in the following would be ideal but not essential:

  • Familiar with company registration process with Companies House
  • Familiar with registration/processing of Trademarks
  • First Aid trained
