The candidates have participated in the LEAD course over the last 12 months, during which the team have acquired problem solving and business improvement methods. The group identified and ran several improvement projects including a weld integrity and kitting project, and larger engine stores re-layout project.

At the end of the course, the candidates then presented what they had learnt and finding to the senior management team including the CEO.

“I am extremely proud of what they achieved,” said Darryl Roberts, Operations Director for Radical. “The course took concerted effort, teamwork, and determination; and the results of the project work is fantastic. Such has been the success and positive feedback from our first group, we are in the process of organising a second cohort of trainees; Radical feels passionately about personal development.”
