The Blue Marble Radical Cup North America series is the continent’s premier Radical championship, offering multi-class Le Mans style racing for a fraction of the price at iconic circuits including current and former F1 and IndyCar venues.

Ample practice, qualifying and three 40-minute races as well as trackside hospitality and social events ensures each three-day Radical Cup event is action packed, both on and off the track. Sanctioned by USAC, the series will be showcased at four INDYCAR events in 2023.

The Radical Cup caters to drivers from novice to veteran, karters looking for the next step in their career and country club or regional racers looking to step up to true national competition.

The series has a growing list of impressive alumni including multiple Le Mans drivers as well as national and international champions.

Radical is the only prototype manufacturer to offer a premium factory supported single-make series on multiple continents, all with GT eclipsing performance but without approaching anything like a GT budget.

The on-track competition in the Blue Marble Radical Cup is matched by the off-track camaraderie, and we pride ourselves on the family feel of our paddock, where privateer and family efforts are just as welcome as professional and dealer teams.

2023 CHAMPIONSHIP OVERVIEW

OFFICIAL PRE-SEASON TEST

NOLA Motorsports Park will host this year’s official pre-season test, January 28-29. Featuring numerous Radical only sessions each day, the event is open to all Radical drivers, including track day and prospective Cup racers who can apply for a single event license.

RACE FORMAT

Each event consists of ample track time, with at least 60 minutes of practice, followed by a 30 minute qualifying window and three 40 minute races*. Better yet, it’s a progressive weekend– qualifying sets the grid for Race 1. Fastest laps in Race 1 set the grid for Race 2, and fastest laps in Race 2 set the grid for Race 3.

*May be reduced to 25min qualifying and 35min races.

SIX TITLES UP FOR GRABS

In true Le Mans fashion, Radical Cup features multi-class racing, with champions crowned in each class– Pro 1340 (SR3), Pro 1500 (SR3) and Platinum (SR10, SR8, RXC), as well as an outright champion. A ‘Rookie of the Year’ title and, new for 2023, an 'over 50' SR3 Fangio championship title will also be awarded.

UNMATCHED HOSPITALITY

Radical Cup’s famous hospitality will be back in full swing, providing drivers, teams, guests, friends, and family a place to relax and recharge, with cooked breakfast and lunch, snacks and hot and cold refreshment offerings. Each event entry receives 4 complimentary tickets. Additional tickets are available for purchase, discounted at $85 for three day events, per person.

As always, Radical Motorsport will have factory technicians and engineers on-site at each event, available all teams– professional and privateer– to trouble-shoot, assist, offer advice and share techniques.

SPARES ON SITE

With numerous official Radical dealers supplying parts and competing at each round there isn’t a series with better spares support.

TIRE SERVICE

As the official tire of the Blue Marble Radical Cup, Hankook supports each round with tire fitment services.
